In 1966 the Alfa Players presented ‘Hobson’s Choice’. Mike Webb was the stage manager and the production was
well received in the local newspaper.
Mike had previously been described in school reports as a “first-class stage director”
following his work on The Browning Version.
The F.G.S. cast was augmented by pupils from nearby ‘Fernhill’.
